Abstract

This research aims to know and explain the implementation in overseeing public service in Cerenti Sub-district Kuantan Singingi and obstacles barrier. In line with the study, the population in this study employees who serve the community as many as 12 people. Sampling technique that is used for employees who serve the authors use the census technique that is a sampling technique in which whole number of population in the sample. The types of data collected include primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained obtained from the responses of respondents, and secondary data in the form of general overview office, organizational structure, vision and mission, tasks and functions. In this study the authors explain some of the indicators that will be used in the research of the standard stage of implementation, the determination of the measurement of the implementation of activities, measurement of the implementation of activities. Furthermore, this research is continued on the measurement of the indicator variable. The size of variables in this study the authors divide into three categories of assessment, namely: good, good enough, less good. Before concluding the results of this study the authors present the identity data of respondents. Presentation of identity data of these respondents in input as supporting information that support further discussion in this research. This respondent's identity data contains gender, education level, and age. Then proceed to the discussion phase of each indicator by submitting a questionnaire to the selected respondents in this study. As a final conclusion can be concluded that the implementation of the task of the subdistrict head in overseeing the public service in Cerenti District Office Cerenti Kuantan Singingi District is in the category quite well
