Abstract
Center for Public Health (PUSKESMAS) as one of the health facilities that provide health services to the community has a very strategic role in accelerating the increase of community level. Therefore, puskesmas are required to provide satisfactory quality service for their patients in accordance with established standards and can reach all levels of society. The purpose of this research is to know the performance of general policewoman of Serai Wangi Village Pinggir Subdistrict of Bengkalis Regency and to know the factors that inhibit the performance of public policewoman at Serai Wangi Village Subdistrict of Pinggir Sub-district of Bengkalis Regency. This type of research is descriptive survey using quantitative method, type of data source used primary data and secondary data through observation data collection techniques, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. In this research used descriptive method, that collected data classified by type and its form then presented in tabular form which is then analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of research and discussion of performance performance of employees Public Polic Health Center Serai Wangi Village in this study can be said to be less good. This is based on the fact that the existing employees or medical personnel are not met to provide services to the community due to lack of medical and non medical personnel. In the performance of the employees of Public Police of Public Health Center of Serai Wangi Village, there are inhibiting factors that are lack of human resources and supporting infrastructure. While the performance of employees is supported by factors of organizational culture is very good and also the support of the surrounding community.
