Abstract

The purpose of this reseach was to analyze the performance of the installer section employee at PT GCI Indonesia Pekanbaru, the address is at Jln. Melur Ujung No. 47 Sidomulyo barat, Pekanbaru – Riau. The sample of this reseach is all the installer section employees totaling 52 employees. Data analisys used is descriptive analysis method. The result of the reseach show that based on the result of the respondents’ recapitulation on the quality and quantity of work with a total weighting value of 1325 and in range 1080-1414 with the category quite agree. It can be concluded that the perormance of the installer section employees as not been fully implemented and still ae the opportunity to be improve in accordance with the standards set by the company.
