Abstract

Hospital services have a very strategic role in the progress of the State which the society aspires in a State. It is seen that there are still many Hospital services that have not given satisfaction for the community.. Therefore, in the implementation of public services should optimize the requirements, procedures, time, costs, products, complaints. Public service is expected to be accomplished in all respects including inpatient care services at Mental Hospital of Tampan Riau Province. Public service has a very strategic role in the progress of the State that the society aspires in a State. Therefore, in the implementation of public services should optimize the requirements, procedures, time, costs, products, complaints. Public service is expected to be accomplished in all respects including inpatient care services at Mental Hospital of Tampan Riau Province. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits as follows: the contribution of the mind in order to develop science, especially in the field of social and political sciences as well as reference to improve services, especially in Inpatient Patients at Mental Hospital Tampan Riau Province. The results of research conducted at the Hospital of the Soul of Tampan Riau Province through six indicators are in the category of "Good Enough" with a value of 26 or percentage of 58%. But the authors suggest to the hospital staff in inpatient patients in order to improve services to achieve better service.
