Abstract

Implementation of Attraction Marketing by the Department of Culture Youth and Sports Pelalawan aimed at increasing revenue. Therefore, in the tourism marketing implementation task of Culture Youth and Sports Pelalawan in optimizing the marketing task object wiasata through Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, responsiveness, accuracy. Due to the good execution of tasks will be realized a good performance results included in the progress of Attraction Marketing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the task of Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sports Pelalawan in tourism marketing as well as identify any obstacles Task implementation Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sports Pelalawan in Attraction Marketing. The results of this study are expected to provide the following benefits: as a donation mind in order to develop the knowledge, especially in the field of social and political science as well as a reference to enhance the role of the Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sports Pelalawan based on the task in hand. Results of research conducted Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sports Pelalawan through six indicators that are in the category of "Simply Done" with a value of 23 respondents with a percentage of 57%. Where unknown Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sports Pelalawan In tourism marketing has been implemented through Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responivitas, Accuracy towards tourism marketing. But the authors suggest the parties to improve their attendant forms of marketing and attraction marketing schedules and improve the performance of employes in the marketing of tourism attractions in achieving goals.
