Abstract

This research purposes to know the public service Kecamatan Bantan of Bengkalis regency and the challenge of publicservice of Surat Keterangan Ganti Rugi at Kantor Camat Bantan of Bengkalis regency. Indicator of service measurement that be used they are service reguirement, service procedure, service time, service cost and service product. This reeserch alocated at Kantor Camat Bantan blo Bengkalis Regency is decripitive survey which use gualitatif method. It can be defined as overcome problem procedure that reaserched by describe situatiin of public or object of person. The population of this reeserch are Camat Bantan 1, Sekretaris Camat 1, Pegawai Kantor Camat 4 orang to support validity and result of his reaserch, kind and tehnigue can be concluded that the analysis public service at Kecamatan Bantan of Bengkalis regency was good.
