Abstract

This study aims to find out the Service Implementation in the Office of the Head of the Basilam Baru Village, Sungai Sembilan Subdistrict, Dumai City. Assessment indicators Implementation of services used includes Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Grading, Responsiveness and Determination. This type of research located at the Basilam Baru Village Office is a descriptive survey research, which prioritizes the list of questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then used as the main raw material to evaluate the Service Implementation of Lurah Office Basilam Baru Sungai Sembilan District Dumai City specifically Statement of Compensation. There are two groups of population and the sample in this study are employees, totaling 11 people and a total of 150 people. The people in this case are those who have completed the compensation statement. The sample size set from these two population groups is 11 and 30 people. Two sampling techniques used in determining individual samples were census techniques for the employee population and purposive sampling technique for the community population group. Types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data collected using questionnaire list techniques and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tool. Based on this analytical technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the Implementation of the Lurah Office Service, Basilam Baru, Sungai Sembilan District, Dumai City, was in the Good Enough category. Recommendations that need to be considered especially, in providing services to the community We recommend that the staff of the Basilam Baru Village should be more effective in providing services to the community, namely Complementing all facilities and infrastructure of the Lurah Office to support Services to the Community, and officers must complete the results of the service according to the time which has been agreed upon, then the officer must be fair to the people who take care of the compensation statement so that there is no discrimination between the people who take care. Then the officer must be responsive and not indifferent and be friendly to the people who are processing compensation statements.
