Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the provision of compensation for employees who applied marketing revised At PT. Federal International Finance Group Branch Pekanbaru which is one of the companies engaged in leasing / lease. Compensation is an important element for employees, because the amount of compensation is a reflection or a measure of work. Provision of compensation is defined as providing fair and reasonable remuneration or rewards to employees in accordance with their ability to carry out the work. If the compensation is given correctly and correctly, then employees will get job satisfaction and motivated to achieve corporate goals. Compensation provided by the company in the form of salary, incentive and indirect compensation. This type of research is quantitative descriptive that prioritizes the questionnaire as a data collector and the data is then used as the main raw material to analyze the objective conditions in the research location. Methods of data collection is done by way of questionnaires, interviews, and other data deemed necessary. The results of all indicators are Good. The author's suggestion is that the company must maintain and increase compensation to all employees and to reward outstanding employees.
