Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know factors influencing employees performance at PT. Mandala Finance Cabang Pekanbaru. Population in this research is head and entire/all employees at PT. Mandala Finance Cabang Pekanbaru amounting to 31 people, while sampel in this research amount to counted 30 people. Data collecting use interview method, kuesioner, documentation and observation. Result of research counclude that factors influencing employees performance at PT. Mandala Finance Cabang Pekanbaru is influenced by ability factor and membership, motivation faktor work and environmental factor of job.
