Abstract

Marketing is a fundamental activity done in the business of goods or services in an effort to maintain its business. Currenlty companies are competing to dvelope their company as one of the companies in the field of services specifically hospitaly. Through communication, the company maximizes the importance of marketing in order to achieve a targeted outcome. Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru is a new company that was established since 27 Februari 2012, Alpha Hotel is a company enganged in marketing. The efforts made by marketing division regarding marketing communications are used to that is using mix integrated marketing commnucation become the focus of research which is studied in this thesis-marketing communication in Drawing Consumers for the Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. This study used qualitatuve research methods. This study aims to find out how marketing communication is done by Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru in attracting consumers and how it is used by Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru Marketing in doing marketing so that research. This study aims to find out how the marketing of Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru increases the level of Hotel occupancy to imorove and improve. This research used direct interview method to representatives, supportive representatives in order to obtain valid data which was expected. Then the researcher conducted observations or observations involved to enrich the analysis of expected data and documentation so that the data obtained becomes more perfect. The result of this study found a way done by marketing Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru using the methods of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). Promotions mix such as adverstising, avents and experiences, sales promotion, direct marketing, personal sales, public relations and publicity. This Promotion mix by marketing Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru includes using brochures, as well as social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Twitter. Banners, and other media to do omosi and also use its own Website.
