Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of employees and to find out the policies created by PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa Cabang Branch in improving employee’s performance. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the employee's performance at PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa Pekanbaru Branch. This study applies descriptive method that use primary data and secondary data through interviews and research questionnaires. The taken respondents were 15 people, namely employees of the Promotion Officer (PO) at PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa Pekanbaru Branch. The sampling technique used is the census method. Based on the result of study it can be concluded that the performance of employees at PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa Pekanbaru Branch is still in good condition. Therefore, the company must pay more attention and improve the performance of its employees in order to achieve excellent performance such as increasing ability, giving motivation, and so on.
