Abstract
This research was conducted with the intention to know the level of community satisfaction from the service of birth certificate in the office of the technical implementation unit of population and the civil registration of Bengkalis Subdistrict and the Subdistrict of Bengkalis District. Which seems there are still phenomena – phenomena and problems regarding the delay of service, Difficult procedure, and information service provided by the UPTD office of Disdukcapil Bengkalis Subdistrict and Bantan Subdistrict to the community. This research is done by using descriptive research method, with quantitative data analysis technique assisted by list interview. Population in this study is the people who take care of birth certificate and office staff UPTD Disdukcapil Bengkalis Subdistrict and Bantan Subdistrict. The type of data collected includes primary and secondary data, Primary data is data obtained through questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data in the from of documentation or regulations related to tasks and functions of UPTD office Disdukcapil Bengkalis Subdistrict and Bantan Subdistrict. After going through the process of research and presentation and data analysis, it can be concluded that the service of birth certificate management in UPTD office Disdukcapil Bengkalis Subdistrict and Bantan Subdistrict Bengkalis regency in good category. But in reality there are still some obstacles in the lack of service information,there are still rare offcials in place, there is a delay in service, So it can be suggested to the office UPTD Disdukcapil Bengkalis Subdistrict and Bantan Subdistrict can complement and improve facilities and infrastructure and supporting facilities so that the service can make the service better.
