Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the service in the KK, KTP, Birth Certificate village head office in lubuk terap was in the service of making a cover letter in the village of lubuk terap district bandar petalangan regency pelalawan. Service analysis research indicators cover letter namely requirements, system/mechanism, completion time, service fees, service products, suggestions/input. The type of research the is located in the village of lubuk terap district bandar petalangan regency pelalawan a quantitative survey, which guides the researcher in making a list of questionnaires that are intended to be distributed to predetermined populations. Therefore the outhor tries to describe, summarize various conditions, situations that a clear conclusion can be obtained regarding the research in question. The type and technique of collection consists of primary data collected using interview techniques and questionnaries as well as secondary data collected by observation techniques. Besed on this analytical technique the researcher assesses and conculudes that the service in the office of the village lubuk terap district bandar petalangan regency pelalawan is at a fairly good evaluation interval. Recommendations that need to be developed, especially in the existing service system so that people feel satisfed.
