Abstract

This study aims to evaluate inpatient health services at Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian Regional General Hospital and to know the inpatient health service constraints at Rokan Hulu Regional General Hospital Pengaraian. This research method is descriptive survey. This research is located at Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian Regional General Hospital. The population in this study consists of Head of Services, Medical Services Section, Medical and Family / Inpatient Patient with a sample of 33 people. The sampling technique of Head of Service Division, Head of Medical Service is done by census technique. Medical personnel Rokan Hulu Regional Hospital Rooting done by using purposive sampling technique, meanwhile for the patient's family use accidental sampling technique sampling that is only patient and patient's family found just taken into sample. The result of the research shows that inpatient health service at Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian Hospital is good enough, this conclusion is in accordance with the measurement technique that has been stated that the good category is in the percentage of 34% -66%, it means from four indicators used not all done well. Obstacles of outpatient health services at Rohan Hulu Regional General Hospital Pengaraian, namely: lack of facilities and work infrastructure. lack of motivation from nurses in improving their skills and skills.
