Abstract
Supervision is avery important thing done by a head of the village, in order to achieve the expected goals for the sake of advancing an organization. Supervision can be in the form of supervising the officials of urban village, urban village office, and urban village. The form of supervision can be in the form of supervising the disclipline time, discipline of rules and discipline of responsibility. However, in the office kerumutan urban writers still find an employee who did not enter without a clear reason, there are still late employee and so forth. Based on the avobe problem, the authors formulate a problem in this study in how the implementation of disciplinary supervision of employees in the office of urban kerumutan kerumutan district, while the aim is to know the implementation of supervisiory discipline of employees in the office or urban kerumutan kerumutan district pelalawan district. The type research used in this study is descriptive. The object of this research is the implementation of supervision of staff disicipline in the office of urban kerumutan kerumutan subdistrict pelalawan district, while the subject in the employee office kerumutan district kerumutan district pelalawan district, and the sample in this study amounted to 30 respondent. The data collection techniques from this study in the form of questionnaires and documentation to obtain data about the kelurahan office, employee and others. Based on the results of research and analysis that the author obtain, in can be concluded that the direct supervision conducted by the head of urban kerumutan kerumutan district pelalawan district against employees, according to the employees and the community is in the category quite well. While the indirect supervision conducted by the head of urban kerumutan kerumutan district pelalawan district against employee, according to the urban and community officials are in the category of less good. The supervision of the village head as a whole to the discipline of employees in the kerumutan kerumutan subdistrict district of pelalawan regency is in good enough category.
