Abstract
Performance is one important element in a company to achieve the goals that have been set. Without a good performance, then the company's goals will be difficult to achieve. Therefore this study wants to analyze the performance of employees by using the concept of balanced score card with a four perspective approach, namely: financial performance, customer performance, internal business performance and learning and growth performance. The approach used in this study is a case study supported by the survey, meaning that this study uses the sample as a research object. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data source in this research is primary data and secondary data. The sample in this research is all employees at PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (EDI) administrative section which amounted to 47 people. Data collection techniques in this study is to use interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study was done with balanced score card conseb. The results of this study show that: 1) financial aspects, income income growth of 65 percent though not as high as the target, and financial aspects to develop employees (compensation) is good enough, 2) on perceptive customer activities that need to be improved by PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (EDI) is a promotional activity. 3) There are still many defective products resulting from the Production process, then the company should pay more attention to the production process. 4) Perceptive learning and growth, the level of employee training participation decreased, the absenteeism of existing employees at PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (EDI) shows the condition of the berfuktuasi, as well as Employee Satisfaction Index. Existing Employees at PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (EDI), still not satisfied with their work.
