Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of human relationships on the work ethic of employees at PT. Kebun Pantai Raja Desa Tj. Pauh Kec. Singingi Hilir. This research is conducted by quantitative method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interview and research questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 33 employees on the process. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the variables of human relations have a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of employees. In this company every employee has a high work ethic that affects the inter-human relationships that occur when employees are in the company or outside the company. Employee's work ethic becomes the key to work well and the relationships between people that are intertwined among employees in the company can be better and the company's goals will be achieved .
