Abstract

Public service is one of the process in fulfilling public need in general by one of government institution of Urban villageBased on the above explorationsresearchers interested in observing the performance of public services in the village of North Tangkerang District Bukit Raya Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is Leastative and quantitative using observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation of north tangkerang kelurahan become the main focus which is discussed in this research to find the answer then researcher use performance indicator that is productivity, service quality, responsiveness, accountability.From this research, it can be seen that if seen from service prokduktivitas already done well enough in terms of providing services for the community while if seen the service quality of Tangkerang Utara Urban Village of Bukit Raya City Pekanbaru less good in applying of integrated service system (SIPADU) because many society less understand in using the service system as well as in terms of responsiveness due to the slow response to make people confused and too long to wait while viewed from the responsiveness and accountability is quite good because there is accountability from the parties Urban village .Suggestions from this research is Better Service in North Tangkerang District office is not too convoluted in providing Public services in every letter processing to the community so that people do not get bored and people want to do the maintenance of every letter of other population admiration.
