Abstract

This thesis is arranged based on research on "study service of dealing of marriage deed at office of residence and civil registration in regency of pelalawan". This study aims to find out and explain how the service of marriage deed in the office of population and civil registration in the district of Pelalawan and what are the obstacles. In line with the objectives of the study, the population in this study were civil service officers and civil registration of pelalawan districts in the marriage section and also the people who have done the deed of marriage deed. Where sampling techniques are used for employees using census techniques and for the community using incidental sampling techniques. Primary data in the can of respondents and secondary data with a general overview of the office, organizational structure, vision and mission, job descriptions, types of services available. In the research service of marriage certificate in the office of population and civil registration in this pelalawan district, the writer describes some indicators that will be used in this research that is service procedure, service time, service cost, service product, facilities and infrastructure, and competence of service provider . Further research is done on the measurement of the variable indicators. The size of variables in this study the authors divide into 3 categories of assessment are: good, good enough, and less good. Before concluding the results of this study the authors present the identity of respondents. Presentation of the identity of this respondent in mkasudkan as supporting information that support further discussion in this research. The identity data of this respondent about gender, education level, rank or class and age. Then proceed to stage discussion of the indicator by submitting a checklist (questionnaire) to the respondents in this study. As a final conclusion, it was concluded that the study of the service of marriage certificate at the office of civil service and civil registration in the pelalawan district is categorized as "good enough".
