Abstract
HO/Interference licensing is the focus of this research in viewing the licensing service at the One Stop Service and One Stop Service (DPMPTSP) of Pekanbaru City, because as shown in the background data, the submission of HO Permits/Permits of annoyance every year is widely proposed, equipped every community who wants to open a business. Then of course in accordance with the concept of an integrated service agency, member ease in the timeliness of completion. The research method used in this research is Qualitative Research Methods, Considered by the researcher able to answer formulation of this research problem with which become informant of research is service officer and society who take care HO Catering permit. The results of this study indicate that HO licensing is a permit requiring recommendations from the survey team, but it is often late and this happens continuously, but there is no improvement effort in the form of synchronization with related institutions.
