Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of service quality of marriage registration in the district religious affairs office pangean Kuantan singingi district. Where, service quality is measured by six indicators that are simple, participatory, accountable, sustainable, transparency and fairness. The type of research located in the Office of Religious Affairs Pangean District Kuantan Singingi Regency is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the list of questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions of objectivity of the existence of research objectives with a location researched, and by using quantitative research methods. There are two population groups and the sample in this study is the people who take care of the registration of marriage certificate in the Office of Religious Affairs Pangean District, amounting to 28 people and KUA Employees, amounting to 8 people. And the entire population and sample are sampled where the head of KUA is as Key Informant and sampling technique used in collecting data is census technique for KUA employee, while purposive sampling technique for society taking care of marriage registration at Pangean District Religious Affairs Office. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of primary data collected by questionnaire and interview techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the tool table frequency. Based on this analytical technique the researchers assessed and concluded that the quality of marriage registration services at the Office of Religious Affairs Pangean Kuantan Singingi regency assessed at intervals Fairly in accordance with the responses of respondents and observation of the author.
