Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Duties of Investment Service and Integrated Service One Door Natuna Regency In Giving Permit Establish Building. Assessment indicators used include Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Flattening, Responsiveness and Clarity. The type of research located in Dinas Penanaman Modal and Integrated Service One Door Natuna District is a descriptive survey research, which prioritizes the list of quissioners as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool then used as the main raw material to analyze the Implementation of Duties of the Office of Investment and Services Integrated One Door Natuna Regency In Giving License Building Establishment. There are two population groups and the sample in this study are employees, amounting to 34 people and the community is infinite. The people in this case are those who are in charge of Building Permit. The sample size assigned from these two population groups is 34 and 25 persons. Two sampling techniques used in assigning individual samples are census techniques for government apparatus populations and accidental sampling techniques for community population groups. The types and techniques of data collection used consisted of primary data collected using quissioner list techniques and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the tool table frequency. Based on this analytical technique, the researcher evaluates and concludes that the Implementation of Duty of Investment Service and Integrated Service One Door of Natuna Regency in Giving Permit to Establish Building is in the category of appraisal "Self Implemented". Recommendations that need to be considered in particular, in carrying out the duties as a public service, especially in providing permission to build the building, should the officer better explain the mechanism so that people understand and understand it. Then improve the quality of staff resources that provide services so that people in need of service are satisfied, and expected to all community of Natuna Regency before establishing the building in advance to do the construction of Building Permit as stipulated by the Department of Investment and Integrated Service One Door Natuna Regency , which is useful as a legal umbrella in order to avoid problems in the future.
