Abstract

Trade unions throughout Indonesia, commerce, banks, services and insurance (SPSI NIBA) are organizations that can speak and represent their members as democratically sustainable and permanently voluntarily formed from, by and for workers as individual workers will not be able to protect the rights and to fight for their interests and rights, freedom of association and association, protection of unemployment, protection of discrimination for trade unions, The purpose of this study are: To know and analyze how well SPSI NIBA Service in Load Goods in Pasar Baru Pangkalan Kerinci Subdistrict Pelalawan District, Indicators in this research are: Reliability, Responsiveness, Confidence, Empaty (Emphaty), Tangible (Tengibles), Research type which located in new market of sub district of kerinci base, this pelalawan district is descriptive with quantitative method , data collection techniques used are observations, questionnaires, interviews and documentation, information sources, sources of information ie Chairman of the SPSI NIBA Branch Leadership Council and Chairman of the Working Unit of the Pelalawan District. Based on the problem on the basis of the services provided by the organization and the Manpower Office that serves as the supervisor of this organization, making the workers act arbitrarily to the campas, one of the problems that occurred was the misuse by members of SPSI NIBA as the case happened among the campas who feel the unrest in loading and unloading of goods made by members of SPSI NIBA that occurred in New Market District Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan District, pas the recipient of the services of the workers of SPSI NIBA member of the campus party is still not able to receive the service of loading and unloading good and effective by the workers of members of SPSI NIBA. It is expected that the employment service of Pelalawan regency in order to be able to oversee the SPSI NIBA organization in the field of loading and unloading services and service provisions for loading and unloading tariffs, so as to improve stevedoring services properly and effectively.
