Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of smart electricity program services (prepaid) in the subdistrict of Bengkalis district and to know the user response to the benefits of smart electricity program (prepaid). Indicators of effectiveness assessment include objective achievement, integration and adaptation. The type of research located in Serai Wangi village is descriptive method with quantitative data analysis that is prioritizing quissioner list, interview and observation as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool then used as main raw material to analyze empirical condition of objectivity existence of research objectives at location of the researcher. There are two groups of population and samples in this research are employee amounted to 5 people and society amounted to 100 people. The people in this case are those who receive the benefits of smart electricity program (prepaid). The technique used is the census method for employees and the community. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of collected using quisioner data and interview techniques and secondary data collected by observation and documentation techniques. Based on this analysis technique assess and conclude that the Effectiveness of Smart Electrical Program (Pt.) Services Pt. Pln(Persero) Ranting Duri (Serai Wangi Village Study) Subdistrict Pinggir Bengkalis Regency is quite good, the recommendations that need to be considered is to improve the performance of employees and the PLNSerai Wangi village in implementing smart listri program (prepaid) in order to run the program effectively.
