Abstract

This study aims to find out and see how the Motivation Process Study To Employees at the Tenayan Raya Sub-district office. Indicator of assessment of the Motivation Process Study used includes Internal Unbalance, Behavior, and Objectives. The type of research located in the Tenayan Raya Sub-district Office is a Descriptive Method, that is, with quantitative data analysis that prioritizes questionnaires, interviews and observations as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool then used as the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of objectivity in the existence of goals research at the location of researchers. There is a population group and the sample in this study is the number of employees 18. The sample size determined from this population group is 18 employees of the sub-district head office. The technique used is census method for all sub-populations. The types and techniques of data collection used consist of, primary data collected using questionnaire list and interview techniques as well as secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use descriptive. Based on this analytical technique, the research assessed and concluded that the Motivation Process Study for Employees at the Tenayan Raya Sub-District Office was fairly good, that employees would be interested in working if there was a need for employees to work diligently in the process employees needed to be motivated to get the work maximum. With that, employees must follow ethics, integrity, consistency in carrying out their duties so that the community is satisfied and happy. With a very good work, the sub-district head will give material and non-material bonuses.
