Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze product sales of syahaja products and syafaat product at PT. Al Ijarah Indonesia Finance (ALIF) Pekanbaru Branch. In this study the authors used incidental sampling techniques. The population in this study is all consumers at PT. ALIF Pekanbaru Branch up to 2017 totaling 790 consumers, while the sample in this study amounted to 89 people. Data collection uses interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Result of research conclude that analysis sale of Product of Syahaja and Product of Syafaat at PT. Al Ijarah Indonesia of Finance (ALIF) Branch Pekanbaru stay in unfavourable category. This matter because of market compartment and market segmentation which still very limited, its minim of activity of sale information and promotion which still very limited.
