Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and to analyze the effect of working environment and working motivation toward the employee’s performance on PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa (PT.RRR) Pekanbaru and to know is there any significant effect employee’s performance. The population of this research is the production employees on PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru. The sample is 31 employees. The technique of data collection in this research were is by interviews, observations and questionnaire with data analysis technique of descriptive and quantitative design. The results of the research generally concluded the working environment and working motivation toward employee’s performance on PT.Rotte Ragam Rasa (PT.RRR) Pekanbaru is satisfy. It is proved by calculation result of f-calculated is bigger than f-tabel and t-calculated is also bigger than t table.
