Abstract

This study aims to determine the objective level of Implementation Of Supervision Of The Implementation Of City / District Minimum Wages by the manpower and transmigration office of riau province. the indicator of this study is the development, examination, testing, investigation of employment crimes. this type of research located in the city of Pekanbaru is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the list of questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives in the researched locations. the population that is used in this study is the head of the manpower and transmigration service, the head of labor inspection, labor function of the labor inspector of the manpower and transmigration office of riau province, public relations of PT. Multi Megah Mandiri, public relations of PT. Primas Nusa Globalindo, public relations of PT. Aneka Prima Sejati. the sampling technique used in determining individual samples is the census technique for employee population and purposive sampling techniques for the company workforce population group, the type and technique of data collection used in this study consists of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data collected using observation techniques. while the data analysis technique used is to use frequency table tools. based on this analytical technique, the researcher assesses and concludes that the implementation of supervision in implementing the minimum wage for the city / regency by the riau provincial manpower and transmigration agency is at the "quite accomplished" assessment interval.
