Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service and price on customer satisfaction in the services of grand laundry. This study uses descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis, namely by analyzing the data that has been collected and then tabulated and linked to the theoretical basis in the literature review. The technique used is simple random sampling where the sample used amounts to 93 people. The results of this study indicate that service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while prices obtained do not significantly influence customer satisfaction.
