Abstract

The problem in this research is: the main one is still lack of mastery basic techniques when passing down in a student volleyball game class XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is whether using the variation exercise method can improve learning passing under volleyball game. With research subjects 35 students. Research this is a CAR research that aims to find out with using the variation exercise method can increase underpass passing volleyball game grade XI MIA 1 student of SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. Samples from this study as many as 35 students 15 sons and 20 daughters. Based on data processing researchers conducted XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, from the number of samples as many as 35 students, concluded that in this study completed as many as 31 students with a percentage of 89% and the number of which incomplete as many as 4 students with a percentage of 11%. Based on analysis the data that researchers do, it can be concluded that with the application of variation training methods in the learning process can improve passing under a volleyball game in class XI MIA 1 High School 1 students Pekanbaru.
