Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the results of the implementation of the function of Maharatu Urban Village Pekanbaru Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru and know the obstacles faced by the Village government in carrying out its duties in the organizers of Community Empowerment Stage in Kelurahan Maharatu Marpoyan Damai Subdistrict Pekanbaru City, research in the form of field research by way of survey, while reviewed from the nature of this research is descriptive analysis that explains and develops the findings of research in the field and analyze the data so that obtained an answer to the problems formulated, considering the number of population most and some are small, the researchers do sampling. For lurah, Secretary of Lurah, with census technique that set all population to be sample. Because the population is small and easy to find. While the sampling technique for the community, RT and RW use a random sampling technique (simple random) that is taking the sample members of the population done randomly. To analyze the data, in this case the collected data are grouped according to each data type then presented in tabular form. Furthermore, the data presented in the form of tables in the analysis qualitatively, namely the analysis in the form of description description and explanation of the table presented, from the results pembahsanan that has been done then can be drawn conclusions include: Evaluation Implementation of Community Empowerment Stage Maharatu Sub District Marpoyan Damai Kota pekanbaru hence can be categorized Good enough this seen from respondent answer 33 people or equal to 46% based on assessment item categorized good enough.
