Abstract

This research aims to address the issues in heavy equipment rental processes at PT. Aprindo Berkah Perkasa by implementing a rental system based on the ECRM approach, as compared to conventional systems. The goal is to develop a heavy equipment rental application with an E-CRM approach using the Laravel framework to enhance customer satisfaction in the rental process and the competitiveness of PT. Aprindo Berkah Perkasa compared to other heavy equipment rental companies. The research methodology involves interviews with operational managers, direct observations at PT. Aprindo Berkah Perkasa, and literature reviews. The application is designed to facilitate customers in renting heavy equipment online, improve personal interactions between service providers and customers, and provide higher customer satisfaction. The research findings indicate that this Heavy Equipment Rental Application can be an effective solution, contributing significantly to the researcher's knowledge and skills in web application development using Laravel. Additionally, the study provides substantial benefits for the Computer Engineering program, PT. Aprindo Berkah Perkasa, and customers. It also offers recommendations for future researchers to continue the application's development and consider implementing a Mobile Application. In conclusion, the Heavy Equipment Rental Application with an E-CRM approach using Laravel can be a significant innovation in enhancing customer satisfaction in the heavy equipment rental industry.
