Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the use, trust, and expertise of accounting information system technology on individual performance at hospitals in Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were employees who use accounting information system technology, totaling 30 employees from 10 hospitals in Pekanbaru. The data of this study used quantitative methods, namely through questionnaires. Which has been tested using validity and reliability tests and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and statistical hypothesis testing. The results show that the effectiveness of the use, trust, and expertise together, accounting information system technology has a significant effect on individual performance.
