Abstract

Based on the observations that the author did in SMP Negeri 6 Siak Hulu, where the desire of students to exercise is still felt very less not as expected. The obstacles in practice in the field, where the less active students in the learning process, this is due to the habits of students who do not understand about the importance of health and fitness, in addition to the motivation of the students themselves are still less due to the students who are not familiar with sports activities. Student learning outcomes are less than the maximum. This is due to the lack of motivation from within students, less effective learning methods and also the time division to study irregularly or continuously with learning so students will be less rested and may even fall ill and cause student learning outcomes become less maximal. The type of research is correlational consisting of two variables namely X (physical fitness) and Y (learning result) research done by research to know the level of relationship between two variables, this research aim to know about the Relation of Physical Freshness to Learning Outcomes Physical Education of VIII Grade Students of State Junior High School 6 Siak Hulu, where the sample number is 30 students of the son.
