Abstract

The development of information technology is very influential on the development of a performance in a job, then with a decision support system can help and facilitate in solving a problem in the job and make a permanent choice. Decision support systems are helpful in adding to supportive methods such as SMART methods Which is intended for the making of Decision Support System in the Best Nurse Ratingt in Regional General Hospital (RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru). Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique(SMART) is a multi-criteria decision-making method developed by edward in 1997. This multi-criteria decision-making technique is based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has a weight that describes how important he is in the appeal with other criteria. In the final task of Decision Support System In the Best Nurses Rating in the Regional General Hospital (Hospital Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru) is designed to facilitate the decision making in the selection of the nurse. With this decision support system, the Nurses' assessment can be done objectively.
