Abstract

Based on the results of temporary observations that the authors do on students extracurricular football SMA PEKANBARU HANDAYANI physical fitness level less good students, this is seen at the time ekstrakulikuler activities take place. There are still many problems, including many students who are exhausted, so students can not play well, most players are easily tired, lack of speed, less and weak component of the physical condition is likely to lack of good physical fitness. The method of this research is descriptive research, the population of this study is students 16-19 years old students extracurricular football SMA HANDAYANI PEKANBARU as many as 24 people. Data collection technique used is physical fitness test. Based on the results of research and analysis of data that have been proposed, the physical fitness level score obtained 12.23 and in percentage 68%. So it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of students extracurricular soccer SMA HANDAYANI PEKANBARU are in the category less.
