Abstract
This study aims to develop anatomy module of woody monocot at UIR. This research is a Development Research by using ADDIE development model ofDick and Carry(1996) in Mulyatiningsih (2014). The development of this module is done by several stages, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. But this research only stages analysis to the development. Determination of this research sample using purposive sampling technique, and the number of samples of 15 students of Biology Study Program FKIP Islamic University Of Riau. Data collection technique use validation sheets by materials experts, learning experts, and see student response to modules prototype development conducting limited feasibility trials. Data analysis techniques using scale method with Likert. The result of this research in front of printing product this is anatomy module prototype of woody monocot. The result of validation by materials expert indicate that the module development isvalid use in the learning process with an average percentage of 87.18%. the result of validation by learning expert indicate that module development is very valid use in the learning process with an average percentage of 87.00%. This develop module received excellent response from students. This can be seen from the average student response with an average percentage 87.25% (very good). Based on the result of validation from the expert obtained the product in the fron of plant anatomy module prototype withpercentage 87.09% and with category very valid use in the learning process.
