Abstract

This study aims to developing lesson plan of imtaq integrated on the subject matter of the body defense system for students of class XI Senior High School. This study is a Research and Development (R&D) using ADDIE development model. Lesson plan development was consist of several phases, analysis, design, and development. This research was a purposive sampling. Technique data collection methode used was by validation sheet by learning experts, imtaq experts, and teachers. Analysis technique used was by descriptive analysis. The results showed that the lesson plan of imtaq integrated on the subject matter of the body defense system. The validation test results by learning experts showed that the lesson plan developed extremely valid for use in the learning process with an average percentage of 88,46%. The validation test results by imtaq experts showed that the lesson plan developed extremely valid for use in the learning process with an average percentage of 87,50%. The validation test results by three Biology teachers showed that the lesson plan developed extremely valid for use in the learning process with an average percentage of 99,54%. Based on the validation results of the experts obtained the product of the lesson plan of imtaq integrated on the subject matter of the body defense system for students of class XI Senior High School a extremely valid to used in the learning process.
