Abstract

Public transportation is a provider of passenger public transportation services that serve to be able to provide service convenience, comfort and security to the users of transportation services to make the shift to intermodal transport routes gathering. This study bertujuanagar to provide an overview and assessment of the performance of public transport services at the terminal gate cider today. In this study, using the theory of policy evaluation according to Winarno, indicators of evaluation of policies used include identifying the purpose of the program will be evaluated, the analysis of the problem, standardization activity, a measure of the level changes, the observed change of activities and indicators to determine the existence of impact , To find out the evaluation of the implementation of the management program gate terminal sari Rengat (the study of basic tasks and functions of the transportation department of communication and informatics) in the district indragiri upstream, the researchers took a sample population numbered 13 people including employees of the transportation bureau of communication and informatics areas of land, and transportation route 14 in the district indragiri upstream, while being key informants in the field of research is the head of land and head gate terminal sari. The sampling technique is a technique transportation department employee census and for the transport company is perposive sampling trajectory. This study uses qualitative methods, collecting data from respondents was conducted by distributing questionnaires, and then researchers conducted interviews, documentation and observation to determine the outcome of the implementation of the management of the terminal. After data collection is done, then analyzed by using percentages to determine how many respondents stated tanggapn done, quite materialize, or less accomplished. Based on the analysis of the obtained results and the research done and it can be concluded that the activities of the program management of the gate terminal sari Rengat district indragiri upstream of employees in the category "Simply Done" and transport companies stretch in the category "Simply Done", it is in accordance with the responses and statements of the respondents of a study.
