Abstract

Health insurance is a guarantee of health protection for participants to benefit health care and protection in meeting basic health needs provided to everyone who has paid out, and BPJS health is a legal entity established to organize a health insurance program, and patient satisfaction is the level of feeling the patient arising from the performance of the health care obtained after the patient compared it to what he expected. According to the DJSN after monitoring and evaluating BPJS health program, many participants complained about the inpatient system of inpatient care system applied by BPJS health, especially in the second class hospitalization installation of Rokan Hulu Regional General Hospital. The purpose of this study was to find out how Patient Service Inpatient Card Users Social Security Administering Body at Rokan Hulu Regional General Hospital. This research uses descriptive research type with quantitative method. The results of the study indicate that Inpatient Patient Service User Card Social Security Organizing Body at Rokan Hulu General Hospital seen from 6 indicators that have been author set that is Access, Effectiveness and Efficiency, Safety and Security, Comfort, Continuity Service, and Technical Competence are on the Good judgment. Inhibiting factor in Inpatient Service User Card Social Security Organizing Body Body at Rokan Hulu Regional Hospital is still frequent employees leave the work in working hours so it is difficult to meet the employees concerned.
