Abstract

This study aims to investigate The Implementation Of Smart Card Indonesian’s Distribution Policy In An Effort To Improve The Education Of The Underprivileged In The School Model Of Quality Assurance Of SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Kiri Kampar. Implementation assessment indicators that are used include communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Type of research located In The School Model Of Quality Assurance Of SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Kiri Kampar this is a descriptive quantitative method, namely by using a method used to find knowledge of the subject of research at a certain moment to express the facts empirically objectively with the basis of scientific logic. There are 4 groups of population and the sample in this study are 1 principal, 1 teacher smart card Indonesian. In school, 1 administrative staff smart card Indonesian in the school and 53 students smart card Indonesian holder coming from Kelurahan Lipatkain. The magnitude of the sample set of these four groups is 56 people. Two sampling technique used in determining the individual sample is saturated sampling techniques for groups of headmasters and student of smart card Indonesian holder and purposive sampling technique for population group teacher and administrative staff of smart card Indonesian in school. Types and techniques of data collection used consisted of primary data collected using questionnaires and interview techniques and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis techniques used is to group data based on the type and from of data then the results of the data are presented in the form of tables and descriptions are then explained descriptively. Based on this analytical techniques the researchers assessed and concluded that The Implementation Of Smart Card Indonesian’s Distribution Policy In An Effort To Improve The Education Of The Underprivileged In The School Model Of Quality Assurance Of SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Kiri Kampar at the interval of appraisal is sufficient.
