Abstract

Mental Hospital Service is a public giving mental health to the community where service has a very strategic role in the progress of the State which is aspired by society. Therefore, in the implementation of public services should optimize Terms, Procedures, Service Time, Cost / Tariffs, Products, Complaints. Public service is expected to be accomplished in all respects including the service of the Handsome Soul Hospital of Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Service of Hospital of Soul Charming Province of Riau in Community Health Service Mental. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits as follows: the contribution of the mind in order to develop science, especially in the field of social and political sciences as well as reference to improve services, especially the Hospital of Handsome Soul of Riau Province in Community Health Service Mental. The result of the service of Rumah Sakit Tampwa Provinsi Riau in Community Mental Health Service through six indicators is in the category of "Good Enough" with value 26 or percentage 58%. However, the authors suggest to the Hospital of Mental Soul of Riau Province in Community Mental Health Service in order to improve service in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
