Abstract

This research aims to knowing and explains the implementation or the administrative service making certificate of indemnity land at Mandau subdistrict in Bengkalis Regency. As for the reason the writer choose that location is due to thepresence of an indication that not all employees of the office of Mandau subdistrict in Bengkalis Regency, implementing service processes of administrative service making certificate of indemnity land well to the community in need. The techniques used in sampling is a census, because given the amount of existing population of the office of Mandau subdistrict in Bengkalis Regency only 29 people and all of them can meet the entire population was pulled into a sample or respondents of this research, where as the community because there a lot of the writer using accidental sampling techniques, that is only communities that are found are doing administrative service making certificate of indemnity land only taken into the sample. After the data or materials that required both secondary and primary data,descriptive analysis is then conducted to the describe and elaborate on carefully research findings result in clear and concise so it can be retrieved from the overall results. From the analysis of the data it can be concluded that administrative service making certificate of indemnity land at Mandau subdistrict in Bengkalis Regency not meet the service standard. This look where the percentage is only 24% the indicator of the overall assessment that the author pointed out that stated it would operate properly. This means that the level of awareness officer of administrative service making certificate of indemnity land at Mandau subdistrict in Bengkalis Regency in performing the tasks jobs as its service to the community is low.
