Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim to try to describe the quality of health services BPJS patients at TandunHospital. In this case there are still phenomena and problems concerning the limited number of Human Resources, thus causing a lack of concern for patients due to the greater number of patients compared to the number of labor and the limited number of facilities. It affects the available Human Resources. This research was conducted by using the method of Descriptive, with quantitative data analysis technique in assist with interview. Population in this study was taken from the patients who are not satisfied with the quality of hospital services. Types of data collected include primary data and secondary data, primary data is data obtained through qunsioner and interviews while secondary data in the form of documentation or regulations relating to the duties and functions of Tandun Hospital. After going through the process of research and presentation and data analysis, it can be concluded that the patient care service of BPJS patients at each level in Tandun Hospital consist of access to services,effectiveness, human relations, efficiency, technical competence,security, comfort and contunuity in category Good Enough. However, there are still some obstacles in the study of the quality of health services of BPJS patients in human relationships such as the number of limited human resources, in terms of effectiveness is still not optimal in providing services to patients and the number of facilities available is still far below the average. This can be seen from the number of beds a little, limited medical equipment, because the number of workers who handle, thus hampering the development of the quality of hospital services. It can be concluded that the facilities and infrastructure are still relatively inadequate as well as the competence of the medics are still classified as inadequate and hospitality. So that can be suggested to Tandun Hospital Kampar regency to be able to complete and infrastructure, and supporting all inpatient services in patients BPJS so it can be a better service.
