Abstract

Pekanbaru city has urban settlement problem and spatial arrangement. This is because every year the number of residents in the city of Pekanbaru continues to increase, thus making the community or the immigrants who still survive in the city of Pekanbaru with the level of economic needs are very limited to cause them to live in places that are not suitable for habitation. Based on statistical data Pekanbaru city reveals population growth in 2010 - 2016 amounted to 0.20% per year (Pekanbaru BPS Pekanbaru) dominated by immigrants. Limitations of rent-based apartment rental capabilities in meeting the needs of the inhabitants will affect the living conditions of the occupants' satisfaction, so the residents must adapt to their environment. Interest of the writer why this research is done is to measure the satisfaction of residents to the service of rusunawa, and get the service variable factors that have an effect on the satisfaction of the residents of rusunawa. The next step is to design the research questioner then do the data retrieval using Simple Random Sampling method. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the residents of Rusunawa Rejosari Pekanbaru. Partially the independent variables XD and XE have no significant influence, while the independent variables XA, XB, and XC have a significant influence on the dependent variable that is Satisfaction Penghuni (Y). The amount of partial influence of each variable are: Room Service (XA) variable is 0.571, Facility Service variable (XB) is 0,442 and Social Service (XC) variable is 0,563. Based on the test results can be seen that the variable Profile Profile Space (XA) is a dominant variable, where it can be indicated by the value of regression coefficient owned by variable (XA) of 0.571 is the largest compared to the variable (XB) of 0.442 and (XC) of 0,563.
