Abstract

This research is to know the level of objectivity performance of civil state apparatus in Bandang Office of Regional Development Planning Pekanbaru city. Indicator appraisal performance of civil state apparatus in Bandang office Regional Development Planning of Pekanbaru city based on service orientation, commitment, integrity, discipline, and cooperation. This type of research located in the city of Pekanbaru is using descriptive survey that prioritizes the list of questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected from this tool used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions and objectivity of the truth of the research objectives at the location carefully. There is 1 number of popups with 9 samples taken as the object of this study. Two sampling techniques used in this research are used in determining individual samples, namely the performance of the state civil servant office performance in Bandang Office of Regional Development Planning Pekanbaru as the main sample in this study. Types and data collection techniques consist of primary data that is by interview and questionnaire and secondary data technique by using observation. While the analytical technique used as a tool is a frequency table. Based on this analysis technique the researchers assess and conclude that the performance of state civil apparatus in Performance Officer Bandang office Regional Development Planning Pekanbaru in the interval is not good. Reconstructions that need to be considered, especially in the discipline and cooperation to build ornagaisasi and achieve organizational goals in supporting the performance of better employees.
