Abstract

This study aims to describe and measure the performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja in upholding the Regional Regulation related to the understanding of street foot vendors in Dumai City in the Traditional Street Traders Arrangement, with various obstacles encountered. The study used a qualitative approach. Based on the results of research that the authors do then it can be concluded that the research entitled Analysis Performance Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dumai City In Controlling Street Foot Vendors In Dumai City can be categorized quite well. Due to the human power possessed by the apparatus of the Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dumai City can be said to be quite qualified. The limited number of personnel causing the schedule can only be done once or twice a month is known although the control is not every day. Limited number of personnel causes the schedule can only be done once or twice a month. Nevertheless, the raid on street foot vendors is still to be done in accordance with the basic tasks and functions of the Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dumai, the number of personnel of the Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja is still lacking and the budget aimed to control the street foot vendors as a whole is still lacking. that the number of personnel or apparatus possessed by the Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dumai City which is still lacking, is not proportional to the number of existing street foot vendors. Officers and staff of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dumai City are also directed to do a good work productivity, and to evaluate accountability, so that the arrangement of street foot vendors can run orderly, and the performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dumai City.
