Abstract

The rise of land dispute cases and also conflicts over land parcels requires the active role of the national land agency of Pekanbaru city. Service to the community becomes an absolute thing to do especially the service to the community who will conduct registration of land in the region of Pekanbaru city. National land agency Pekanbaru city is required to further improve the service to the community who apply for considering the high number of land registration every year disebakan various things, especially the need for residence in the city of Pekanbaru. This study aims to find out the administration of the issuance of land certificates conducted by the national land agency Pekanbaru city. This research can be categorized as a descriptive research that prioritizes the questionnaire as collected data collection tool, then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical condition of oyektivias existence of research objectives at the location of perusal. The location of this study in the national land agency Pekanbaru city, with two population groups and samples in the study of the officers of land law relation section amounting to 3 people and then the public who take care of the land certificate which amounted to 50 people.Sampling techniques in this study for the community using the technique of Accidental Sampling is to take a random sample and anyone who happens to meet due to the number of too much. The types and techniques of data collection used consist of primary data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations as well as secondary data collected through documents, books and documentary notes. Based on data analysis techniques used is to use the tool table frequency. Based on this analytical technique the researchers assessed and concluded that the administration of the land title certificate is in good enough assessment. Recommendations that need to be considered especially related to the administration that must be optimized again in providing services to the community.
