Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the quality of customer service at Surya Insani Hospital in PasirPengarayan, RokanHulu Regency. This research was carried out in solar hospitals insani sand pengarayankab. Rokan upstream.the types and sources of data used are primary data, and secondary data. Data collection techniques obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. the number of samples taken from the 3900 consumer population is 87 consumers. The sampling technique used by researchers is using accidental sampling. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results of the overall study indicate that the opinions of respondents about the quality of customer service in the solar cell hospital of PegarayanPasir are in a fairly good category
