Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in improving customer satisfaction on service quality at public hospitals bangkiang area (RSUD) Kampar. In this study the authors use incidental sampling method. Population in this research is outpatient at public hospital of bangkinang area (RSUD) Kampar conted 40 patient or consumer on outpatient.The announcement of the data is done through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. From result of research indicate that all variable of service quality have significant influence to patient satisfaction at genelar hospital of bangkinang area. For that reason, the public hospitals of the bangkinang area need to routinely observe the servives in order to maintain the existing advantages and fix the shortcomings.
